Important Print Security Update. HP was recently made aware of a vulnerability in certain inkjet printers by a third-party researcher. HP has updates available for download to address the vulnerability. Solved: I have an HP USB 2 docking station - Model: HSTNN-S01X Serial: JP1848035D I can't get it working with Windows 10 64 bit. Any display - 6141414. I recently upgraded my laptop from Windows Vista Ultimate to Windows 7 Professional.it was a clean installation. I have an HP laptop and an HP Notebook Quickdock which I use to connect my laptop to my printer and extra keyboard. Prior to the upgrade my computer recognized the dock; however, after upgrading to Windows 7 my computer will not recognize any of the devices plugged into the docking station. When I went to Devices and Printers it shows up as an 'unknown device'. What can I do so that I can use my docking station. Hi BayGirl, Firstly, uplug and replug the HP Quickdock and restart computer and check if that fixes the issue. Make sure you’ve downloaded the latest drivers for keyboard and printer from manufacturer’s website. Install the latest Windows 7 drivers and check if that solves the issue.
